Easier than it Sounds

It's Easier than it Sounds

All the scientific “stuff” of vibration, resonance etc may create an impression that the whole process of changing our life to the better is difficult and requires study.
The fact is that nothing scientific is required to create better life experiences.

As we do not need to know how electricity works to turn on the light, We don’t need to know how the principles of vibration, resonance, neuroplasticity and quantum physics work in order to use it.

In fact we are using those principles all the time. There is actually no choice as we are exposed to those kinds of natural laws the same way we are exposed to the law of gravity.

All boils down to:

When we feel good (for what ever reason), we attract good-feeling experiences into our lives.

Good Life in a nutshell:
  1. When we feel good or even great on a daily basis, we live a Good Life
  2. Feelings/Emotions are vibration
  3. Everything has a vibration
  4. Thoughts create emotions/vibration
  5. We have control of our thoughts
  6. We can create a Good Life simply by choosing thoughts that make us feel good and all that what makes us feel good start to resonate with us; will become our reality.
Try it right now - take a minute....what makes you feel good? ........See how it worked? Once you started to contemplate what makes you fell good, your vibration changed and your whole body felt the change (that is a deliberate creation of a good-feeling life. Keep experimenting!!!)

Note:
The December newsletter will bring more detail on the processes of intentional creation. This blog is just a daily thought to assist you with the process of improving your life experience.
 .............................
One of the teachers with the most practical tips (as I see it) is Abraham-Hicks by Esther and Jerry Hicks

Good Life is fun - play with the intentional good-feeling thought:)
Have fun!

The creative power of words/thoughts

The power behind words is their emotional charge. Every thought we think triggers emotional reaction in our bodies, which is our vibration at that point.

Everything in our world has a vibration. The connection is resonance and the result is connection/attraction.
So the insight is:
To connect with the Good Life stuff, we need to have a vibrational point of being in the accomplished situation.

When we feel the feeling we’ll have when we reached the goal, we create a vibrational connection emotionally and the reality starts to manifest.

Contemplate Albert Einstein’s quote:
“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it”

This video inspired me to offer a 30 day Happiness "Challenge" in a closed FB group.
If you are interested to improve your live in a group of like-minded people, let me know.

Enjoy your day:)

Good Life is no Hocus-Pocus

Good Life is no Hocus-Pocus; it only requires awareness and focus.

Every thought you think has a frequency of vibration, which moves you toward the good life you envision or away from it. There is no still stand everything evolves; that is the power of creation. Your thoughts create your reality (more to the process in upcoming posts).
Today I'd like to present a YouTube clip from Abraham-Hicks work; an example of vibrational relationship between present thoughts and a goal.
 ......
Test where you are headed:
Observe your inner talk over the weekend to discover if you are thinking thought that affirm your goals or if you express doubts or sarcasm when you think of your desires.

I wish you and enjoyable weekend:)

Happiness is a One-Way Road

Happiness is a One-Way Road and you either move toward Happiness or away from it.
The choice is yours.
If you know where you want to go, you’ll need to look in that direction, speak in that direction and think in that direction.
For example:
Instead of saying “I hate driving at night”
You could say: “ I prefer driving during the day”
Two ways to state one fact....
The choice is yours.
 ...........
A personal note:
This is my second post and I’d like to give you bit of information regarding what to expect.
The 1000+1 Teachers Daily posts will be merely one thought per day, as a focus point for contemplation, (sometimes with a reference to a teacher in case you decide to learn more).
In addition, there will be a monthly newsletter that will deal with a specific subject in more explanation and depth (first issue December 2013).
The monthly newsletters are designed as an inspiration for you to work on the change you envision.
I say work, because to move from today’s situation to an improved one will require a change; a change in how you look at your life and that change needs to occur first in the way you speak and think, which will lead to actions that will create changed results.
There is no sweat, believe me all the "work" is very playful and fun.

Thank you for visiting,
With much appreciation.

October 31.2013 First Post

Hello,
This is Mila Lansdowne.

In the 1980's my accountant in Germany introduced me to teaching of Positive Thinking.
For close to 30 years now I studied different teaching that promote the philosophy of personal power and life-improvement.

With this Blog, I decided to write and share with you what I came to know, what I have learned and what I live and practice.

Our life experience comes from our unique individual reality, formed as a result of how we perceive the outside world with our senses and how we process this with our belief system.

It may sound complicated, but you do not actually need to know how you create your life experience once you learn how to use the system to benefit your well-being rather than against yourself.

Everyone wants to be happy, feel good and have a good life. The reason why many of us don't feel happy is because we don't know that we can fully control how we experience life. Happiness and good life is something we can choose to have.

After watching so many people struggle emotionally with their lives, it makes me think that those individuals are either not aware of the role they have played in their life experience or do not know how to use the power they do have in changing it.

Throughout recorded human history, sages, philosophers and teachers have shared these principles which are now common knowledge.

So why do we still see so many people who seem unaware of or incapable of changing their life circumstances for the better?

I can make one part of this process clear:

Simply knowing something does not help, until you start to apply that knowledge. That means work and effort, but it also means better results and a happier life.

So what do you say?

Would you like to improve your life?

Would you like to put some effort into doing that?

Life improvement is like home improvement.  You need to:

- Know what it is you want to improve
- Have the tools and know how to use them
- Invest your time and brainpower into applying those tools, with patience and persistence

I will discuss sample tools and methods in upcoming posts with guidance and Q&A.

I hope that the information I’ll share will help you create a life experience that will make you feel happy and empowered, so you can soon say to people: “I truly love my life”.
