The only thing we are in control of is how we feel about our life-experience.
Discouragement means you are in doubt of your capability to master your life in the moment.
The key word here is "in the moment" because you can move your feeling more into hope by remembering what you already mastered in the past or finding examples of people who were in the same situation you feel discouraged about and who found an answer.
There always is a solution, but you need to move emotional into the place of believing that the solution exists, because it really exists. You will see the steps in the moment you turn your attention to the solution.
You are more powerful than you know! Start to look at your achievements and realize it!
