Day 19: 30-day Happiness & Success Challenge - Understanding the meaning of disappointment. "In all your getting, get understanding!" This ancient statement leads to the key components of all success and personal and professional growth, which also means happiness. When we understand the cause of all our results, we can go to the source of the results and shift to create a new outcome. Everything we see in our environment as our results, whether it is the furniture or home we bought, started with an idea that moved us into action. When we look at the creative process, we see that the idea precedes the results. So there is a delay in the creative process from the idea in our head to the three-dimensional reality as the expression of the idea. When we understand this delay, we understand that what we see around in our environment are the manifested thoughts and ideas from our past actions. Personal and professional growth is an ongoing process that is happening in our minds. As we learn new things, get new information, and build new views on life, we begin to imagine a life improvement that is not represented in the three-dimensional reality we live. This discrepancy we feel as resentment. And here comes the importance of understanding the creative process of our life. The feeling of discontent within us is simply the readiness for new growth. And here comes the point where we can make a decision. We have the choice to stay where we are or embark on the unknown path to the growth we'd love to experience. The choice is absolutely in our hands. I see it as my "duty" :) to explain this process to help you understand so you can make a choice from a place of self-empowerment. It is not the environment that brings disappointment. It is the discrepancy between the growth within us and the "outdated" 3D reality we see around us. Why did we stop going for our dreams? Day 15: 30-day Happiness & Success Challenge We all are born goal-achievers, dream builders.When we observe a toddler on their four moving across the living room clearly focused on the piece of furniture to pull themselves up and with a victorious bright smile standing before the muscles let go, and after a short cry of frustration, we see they are up to the next attempt until the muscles and the motor functions are so strong that they do it effortlessly. We all who started like this are walking today without making a conscious effort. So what happened to us that we lost this focused determination to life improvement? Well, the answer is in our experiences with the environment. The setbacks are ingrained in our memory with all the accrued information from others and the media, and we much too often let go of our dreams and accept a life that is "not so bad.” But life is not a rehearsal where we practice for the premiere - it is the premiere. In my opinion, and I admit it is not for everyone, I think we must live to our full potential; in giving and receiving. That is why I am so enthusiastic about helping those who want to take the risk, the path less walked, follow the call of their heart's desire, the longing within, and go for their dreams. How to Train Yourself to Be Happy
Day 5: 30-day Happiness Challenge - The Words We Speak will heal or harm first the one who speaks them. As mentioned before, thoughts, words and emotions are the starting point and cause our results to happen within us. Nobody sees our thoughts or hears our inner chatter but most of us don’t realize that the first person who gets hit with our thought and emotions is the person itself. We must strive to feel good for our own sake, our own inner peace and health. To move up on the emotional scale from negative to positive and then to empowering state of being must happen the same way we train our muscles. Once we often enough consciously changed our thought and shift the focus by reframing how we talk about events. We become happier and experience life from a new positive vantage point.
