A Simple Tool to Improve Your Life Experience:)

In the 30-day goof-feel challenge we introduced the "good night gratitude list" where you daily record what made you feel good that day.
The key is to continue till it becomes a habit.

This gratitude list is a simple tool how to improve how you are feeling about your life.
By recording those good-feeling moments you will become aware of the good part of your life and your awareness of that fact will grow.
When you continue focusing on the good thing in your life, your life will change.
  1. Our believes run our perception/how we experience life.
  2. By recording your good-feeling and grateful moments you will change your awareness to knowing you have a great life.
  3. That awareness will change your believes.
  4. Your changes believes will result in changes life-experience:)
