Why this Blog

Dear reader,
With this Blog, I decided to write and share with you what I came to know, what I have learned and what I live and practice.

Our life experience comes from our unique individual reality, formed as a result of how we perceive the outside world with our senses and how we process this with our belief system.

It may sound complicated, but you do not actually need to know how you create your life experience once you learn how to use the system to benefit your well-being rather than against yourself.

Everyone wants to be happy, feel good and have a good life. The reason why many of us don't feel happy is because we don't know that we can fully control how we experience life. Happiness and good life is something we can choose to have.

After watching so many people struggle emotionally with their lives, it makes me think that those individuals are either not aware of the role they have played in their life experience or do not know how to use the power they do have in changing it.

Throughout recorded human history, sages, philosophers and teachers have shared these principles which are now common knowledge.

So why do we still see so many people who seem unaware of or incapable of changing their life circumstances for the better?

I can make one part of this process clear:

Simply knowing something does not help, until you start to apply that knowledge. That means work and effort, but it also means better results and a happier life.

So what do you say?

Would you like to improve your life?

Would you like to put some effort into doing that?

Life improvement is like home improvement.  You need to:

- Know what it is you want to improve

- Have the tools and know how to use them

- Invest your time and brainpower into applying those tools, with patience and persistence

I will discuss sample tools and methods in upcoming posts with guidance and Q&A.

I hope that the information I’ll share will help you create a life experience that will make you feel happy and empowered, so you can soon say to people: “I truly love my life”.

Life is supposed to be a Good Life:)

I appreciate your visit.
