First Step to Happiness
I was talking so much about how to get to a better feeling place with all kinds of methods.
Today I'd like to point out one basic step.
To be able to feel good, you need to take care of you body's well-being first.
To be able to work on you life-improvement, You need to have enough sleep at first.
Be rested when you play with those exercises I mentioned.
The key to better-feeling life is to start on a positive note in knowing you can tune into better feeling place intentionally.
Try this: Before you start with any task where you need to "motivate" yourself; take few moments to get your mind into a focus on a pleasant thought.
You can just look around and focus on objects you like thinking " I like ......(this).....I like ..(this).........soon your energy will be higher and you may say "I really like...((this)...."
If your work does not need your focus, you can do this exercise during a routine task like folding the laundry or doing the dishes etc.
The positive spin on your thoughts can be something you imagine to have.
Be aware how your feeling changes and if a though comes up that feels less good than the previous, then replace it with another better feeling though.
Enjoy the Holidays and use the relaxed time to play with your ability totune-up your mode to even a better feeling one.
Have Fun!

A Simple Tool to Improve Your Life Experience:)
In the 30-day goof-feel challenge we introduced the "good night gratitude list" where you daily record what made you feel good that day.
The key is to continue till it becomes a habit.
This gratitude list is a simple tool how to improve how you are feeling about your life.
By recording those good-feeling moments you will become aware of the good part of your life and your awareness of that fact will grow.
When you continue focusing on the good thing in your life, your life will change.
Quote:
A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don't allow the happy moment, because they're so busy trying to get a happy life.

30/30 challenge: It's Not the Vision Board; It's The Feeling
Day 4/ 2-30 - Monday 22.12.2013
Affirmations and vision boards:
To keep those reminders(vision boards, screen savers, affirmation stickies) alive, we need to move them around so they get our attention again.
Change the placement of the reminders to create more energy.
Attention:
notice your emotional response to the reminders. How does it feel, when you look at the image or affirmation?
Is it excitement and knowing "I know I am the creator of my experience, therefore i just relax and let the Universe deliver all the puzzle pieces at the right time and the right place"?
If your emotional response is more a thought that it's not here yet, then remove that reminder.
We place reminders and affirmations to be reminded to raise the vibration to more positive mood so check how you are doing and make adjustment if needed.
Continue with your daily by recording how You created a good feeling day or event.
Reminders can be anything that reminds you of that, in order to live the life you envision, you need to have the state of being of that desired situation.
Start with your posture and body language.
What is the demeanour of the person your want to be?
Imagine that moment and adjust your posture.
If you are interested to know more, there is a whole science called NLP about influence of our body on our mood; and mood is what we are working on here. Good Vibes = Good Life!

You can improve your life-experience immediately.
You can improve your life by simply directing your thoughts to a good-feeling aspects of your life.
Bask in what works well and feels good, speak about what works well and feels good, write your "Good-Night Appreciation List" about all the good stuff in your day.
Feel good and you'll see more and more of the good-feeling stuff showing up in your life.
Yesterday I talked to one of my friends and she was very troubled by uncertain life conditions. Today she phoned me describing a complete new scenario that just happened over night. All her yesterday worries resolved themselves.
We are trained to spend more of our brain energy on worrying about what can happen instead of thinking what we can make happen.
Problems will show up but they are here to inspire you to turn in the direction of solution.
Use your time in a pleasing manner - it will pay off.

The Abraham-Hicks clip (below) points out life-improvement strategy that you can apply for any area of your life; relationships, finances, job...a very simple concept you certainly can master.
Enjoy!

The Ideal You - Do You Know Her/Him?
I thought I'll share with you the exercise we are doing now in the 30-day Feel-Good Challenge
We are getting closer to the finish line of our 30-day challenge,
so this assignment has more depth to it.
Assignment: Your Ideal You = who you really are
There is the real you as you are now and there is the ideal
you, the one you are crystallizing into as
you live you life’s journey. It is speaking as your inner voice that you
hear and try to listen and follow.
You know this Ideal You, as your values, your talents and your desires.
Exercise:
Exercise:
Contemplate what are your values and talents, your attributes and your true heart's desires. Who do you want to be?
How do you picture this ideal you?
Make some time for yourself to contemplate and define the picture of the ideal you.
Make some time for yourself to contemplate and define the picture of the ideal you.
The fact that you can imagine this ideal you, means that it already
exists and that you are not only becoming that person, but that ideal you is waiting
for you to breathe life into it.
Write a description of the ideal you, the one you admire and
wish to be.
“Paint” the picture of your ideal you with your words or
your paintbrush, breathe life into it now.
Once created in the writing exercise it will start to live
closer to your heart.
It will shine bright and be your lighthouse always giving
you signal, “This way please”.
Know that this ideal you is and can come to life through your actions.
How is the poise and body language of this ideal self? Start to get closer to your vision by adjusting your body language and poise to the one of the ideal you. Remind yourself till it becomes a habit.
Is there a specific value you want to improve like punctuality? That means your Ideal You is a punctual person, so start to change one appointment at a time to be punctual.
The benefit of those tiny action steps will be beyond the visible change. Your brain will create new neural pathways and you will become more and more the one you love to be.
You will improve how you feel about yourself and your perception of the world around you will be more pleasing.

Where Did It Turn Bad?
In general, we are trained to evaluate our experiences as good or bad.
Events are either good or bad; they turn into good or bad through the observer's evaluation.
When you'd interview two people about the same event you will get two pictures based on the orientation of the person who experienced it.
When you can recall an event from your own life, where something that looked good at first turned out to be bad (or vice versa), then you may open to the possibility that there is no sense in evaluating events.
Events are opportunities to refine our path. They are opportunity to get to know who we really are, know our values.
With this understanding our path becomes more precise and we move easier forward in the direction of our desired vision by simultaneously becoming more and more who we truly are.
When you stay pointed in the direction of your desired path, by letting go of the evaluation of events, you will be able to access solutions that are supporting your forward movement. You will be able to serve others by reaching your own goals in a win-win co-creation.
When you encounter negative experience become the positive counterpart of it.
When you observe hatred - envision world of Love and kindness and be loving and kind.
When you observe hunger - envision world where everyone has plenty of food and be generous.

Events are opportunities to refine our path. They are opportunity to get to know who we really are, know our values.
Events we experience are points where we can pivot and zero in on our destination.
When you stay pointed in the direction of your desired path, by letting go of the evaluation of events, you will be able to access solutions that are supporting your forward movement. You will be able to serve others by reaching your own goals in a win-win co-creation.

Tune-up your vibes
Today a lovely friend of mine told me how she successfully utilized one of the suggestions I gave her from my teachings.
She had planed to spend her day off as a productive day, filled with baking of her famous Christmas cookies. She imagined to have the baking wrapped in packages and then go to deliver them to her friends.
But in the middle of her work she received a call to come to work which completely turned her plan upside down. She described to me her first reaction which was frustration, disappointment and anger "how can they just do this to me?"
Then she calmed herself down by turning her thoughts to better feeling ones and there they were :"It's nice that my friends and family like my cookies, they actually asked me to do it so that means they really like them, I love my work and I have everything ready to go anyway, I can deliver another day, there is plenty of time till Christmas so no rush...."
And she finished her story saying to me that after this adjustment she could finish her baking and get ready for work. She said also that with the adjustment to better feeling thought, she actually notice the happiness while doing the baking as she saw in the mind the kids and friends who she loves and who appreciate her with or without the cokkies.
Inspired by this story I thought I'll introduce you to an uplifting exercise.
This is actually one of the exercises from the 30-Day Good-Feel Challenge.
The goal is to spend extended period of time in a deliberately created good-feeling mood.
We have so many great things in our life, things we acquired maybe quite the long time ago and now the excitement that was there when we got it is gone.
We can connect again with the positive of those objects simply by realizing how much they benefit our life.
The exercise:
This can be spoken in your mind, or aloud or written down
Choose the method that brings you into the highest energy of joy/ good-feeling/appreciation.
Have Fun!!!

Allow More Than You Can Imagine
Allow more then you can imagine to come into your life:
We all live in a steady expansion to more.
We know more today then before, we have more and we want to have more (in all aspects of life).
Growth is natural part of life visible everywhere.
The precursor of every new event is the mental creation as a thought or image which happens automatically once we start to focus on the subject.
This is meanwhile common knowledge and many people use this knowledge intentionally by creating images, vision boards or power point programs about the preferences they want to bring into reality.
There is one important aspect to mention in regards to a vision:
You vision is the product of your mind that operates by analyzing the material that it collected through your experiences in the past/until today.
You may then agree that there is much more "out there", which your mind is not aware of.
The conclusion:
you can create a new reality much greater then the vision your mind can conjure.
Therefore it is beneficial to see the vision of your intended outcome as a symbol.
Your vision is a tool that helps you to achieve the feeling you envision to have in the moment of manifestation of the desired event.
Allow to receive more then you can imagine, by keeping this thought in mind.
Imagine the feeling you'll have when your envisioned desire manifests as the reality of your life.

Meaningful Life - What's With It?
Everything in nature has its purpose for being and the same applies to humans, no exception.
Everyone of us has a specific purpose with a two-fold benefit.
1. outward = we benefit the society
2. inward = we feel good about ourselves
To live a meaningful life means to serve the society by doing what we enjoy.
Meaningful life becomes our reality with the moment of realization of this thought.
Nothing exists until we become aware of it.
With meaning there comes drive and enthusiasm; persistence, endurance, love and joy.
This enthusiasm comes because, when we connect with our personal purpose for living, we start to experience who we really are. That's life at it's best.
You Are Here For A Reason
What Is Your Reason For Living?
Find it and live it!
(In the next post I'll tell you how to get there in case you are still searching)

The Life-Saving Power of Mind
Not what is happening to us, but how we think about what is happening creates our "destiny".
When we keep focused on what we see around us, we just re-create the same type of experiences over and over and wonder "same old same old'.
It is good to understand that it is not the "old" remaining the same, but the new created to the image we pondered in our life then.
You may have read the book "Man's Search for Meaning". The author, Victor Frankl, who was imprisoned in a concentration camp, survived life-threatening circumstances because he managed to keep focus on a vision despite the conditions that surrounded him.
He inspired others to think about what they are going to do after the war is over and who needs them and thereby keeping their focus on meaning for staying alive; imagining life after imprisonment.
What you predominantly think about, gains momentum and as a result your mind will "bring" you more information supporting your thoughts.
Keep your mind on what you want and why you want it and your mind will make you notice opportunities and ways to solutions.
Have an inspiring vision of your life.
The below clip gives you additional insights about this subject.

How to Use The Power of Your Words to Your Benefit
There are many books written about the power of the words we speak and I'd love to give you some pointers to the subject.
The first priority in my opinion is YOU and how you use the "I Am...." expression.
Did you hear others or yourself to say I Am.....followed by not really positive statement?
I've heard so many times people say "I'm an idiot"..........
"I Am" is a present tense statement usually used to define a fact. So if you think about it from that point of view, you may agree that it does not really serve one's benefit when we use the I Am phrase with a negative statement as it most likely also doesn't reflect the truth.
Do you like yourself?
Do you love yourself?
There is a a little test for you:" The Mirror Exercise"
Stand if front of a mirror, look at your image there, look into your eyes and say to your self: "I Love You". Repeat this exercise as often you can till you really believe it as a true statement.
Because it's true.
You are a lovable person.

- become aware of how you speak about yourself when you say "I am...."
- stop to use words that do not really honor who you are
- rephrase your statements when you notice you fall back into the old habits
You are an unique individual with an abundance of talents, skills and qualities.
Do not put yourself down.
