You Get What You Pay For - Spending the Vibrational Currency

"You get what you pay for"...... An expression I've heard many times and can see in my own life, seems valid as something we experience in our daily events.

We exchange money for equivalent experience.

But how about this: What if, the same principle applies when it comes to our reality?

Out thoughts are the currency we trade for our life-experience.
When we look at life with unpleasant thoughts, we get unpleasant experiences.

Check with yourself:
Are you unhappy with your life or parts of it?
Then explore how you see the life around you.
Do you see it as competitive and unfriendly? Do you see people as greedy? Do you feel like being left out by the distribution of prosperity, health or love?

The universe is just a huge mirror and you can expect change in what you are getting, only when you first change the way you look at things and events.

Many people were and are able to go through harsh, even life-threatening, events by keeping positive, hopeful attitude.

Vision Boards that Work

The use of symbols is a well know practice to help our busy mind to stay focused on a goal or idea.

The same way a industrial magnate has in his/her office a statue or symbol that reminds of the overall vision or value, the same way we can use many tools to stay focused on our personal goals.

Remember: Good Life is no Hocus-Pocus .......  it only requires focus!

One of the tool we can use as a reminder is the well known vision board.

To understand how to utilize this wonderful tool requires to know that all the picture and words, you are placing on your vision board are symbols to get you into the vibrational state of excitement and joyful anticipation of the "delivery".

So don't get hung up on the specifics of the pictures, what you are aiming for with creating a vision board is to create a visual stimulation that will help you to move in higher emotional state, which is the state where you access creativity and will be able to notice "clues".

The vision board also should be a work in progress.

Keep it alive by adding or re-arranging so you will always have the benefit of emotional improvement when looking at it.

The potential of fulfillment of your dream is much larger than just what your physical mind can imagine, therefore be playful and add to your vision board what has the highers energy for you.
Don't limit your imagination by calculating what is possible, just play and soon you will notice relevant information coming into your field or perception.

When you are enthusiastic about your goal, you will live in the creative flow and achieve it.
No doubt.
Now find what bring up this excitement in you and go for it.

Day 7 - 30/30 Challenge " I can say it better" exercise

As today's assignment in our 30/30 challenge is about creating momentum with our words, I thought I post this Abe clip just to give you a real-time example of how your 7th day 30/30 Challenge exercise can be developed.

There is lots of fun in playing with words and when you bring your focus to move the statements you speak in a steady improving positive forward trend; the emotional momentum you'll create will give you instant testimonial of how powerful you really are in intentionally guiding your emotions.

How to Get Out of Emotional Hole in Just 3 Minutes

The clip below ( "Abraham Hicks - The easiest way to start positive momentum") presents a doable, amazing and simple way to move your mood to a better-feeling place even if you are really feeling down.

Once you've heard the presentation, make a real use of it by applying the suggestion and see for yourself the amazin positive effect.
Exercise:
find a quiet place where you feel safe from interruptions and start to speak aloud those statements as explained in the clip. There is so much you can find to appreciate so try to get going for at least 3 minutes (that's should be really easy to do). The energy will change already during your talk, so continue as long it feels good while you "count your blessings".

The scientific background of this exercise:

Your emotions are vibrational energy and your voice, the sound in your body, is energy vibration colored by the associated amotions that will surface with the thought of appreciating specific aspects in your life in that moment.

This is your tool to Instant Life-Improvement.

This vibrational approach to life is just the scientific explanation of the truth in the old saying "What goes around, comes around"; so make sure it's something you'll like.

First Comes The Wink, Then Comes The Kick:)

Universal guidance is always beaming the signal "This way please". Can you see it???

From my personal experience and from observation I must say " I'm not always aware of it's existence, because life is so busy and I need to take care of the tasks at hand. Well and then after finishing my work, I'm exhausted and don't want to think at all.....":) Yes I'm exaggerating now but the reality of our life often is like that.

The good news is that the calling of the Universe will get stronger and stronger with every day we don't follow the call. Where is it calling us??? It's is calling us to the expansion we asked for, to the new job we asked for, the better relationships we asked for etc.

For example, the Universe wants to lead you to a better feeling job beaming it's signal "come this way". This signal comes through information, ideas, you'll see an ad in the paper that catches your attention and such. Those signals are a winks you are offered to follow and even a shy tiny tiny step will put you on a better feeling spot already just by the fact of taking action and may it be just to look closer into an information.
Remember, what ever you do, check how you feel about it (eventually sleep on it). When you feel good about, then do it.

As I said the call is getting stronger and stronger and when we do not follow, we will get a kick that will catapult us into  a new situation from which we will have more clarity and can recognize our path better.
Unfortunately those kicks do not really feel good, but later, when we look back, we'll see the meaning of it.

So why don't we follow the winks and so often wait till we get the kick?
The answer is very simple. From the point of reality, where we stand in that moment, we can not see the vistas and our mind reflects that mindset by presenting a  plethora of reasons not to step out of the safe but not satisfying situation. So we don't even try and feel stuck.

I am no exception in this lack of team-spirit with the Universe.
I was trained and actually very proud of managing my life, taking control. I thought that is the sure-fire way of life and somewhat it is.
I certainly can understand when you are standing in the same shoes as I was as long I had other people (my children and parents) depending on my ability to manage my life.

Now I have the freedom to follow life's calling and I have to say, this is the "real deal". To live life in I-do, U-do is fun and excitement. When you can embrace the uncertainty of life (which by-the-way is always present and no insurance policy can prevent us from) and follow your heart, you'll live a full life.

You don't need to pull your happiness out of the Universe by manipulating your environment, be patient, trust and let it unfold. The Universal timing is always the right time.

Trust in the life force that is you, laugh more, play more, enjoy your life.

This is the third day of our challenge.

  1. Happy Moments - a daily sticky
  2. Daily Good Night - a daily gratitude journal
Both of those "tools" are your daily equipment. You will really benefit when you manage to complete every day the quick and easy tasks described in the previous posts.
You can see now where the challenge is; it's you and you.

If you truly want to improve your life, feel better and have pleasant life-experiences, you need to improve your  vibrational "call" to the Universe. You always get what you are thinking about and my program, the 30/30 challenge, provides tools you can use for your benefit.

30/30 Challenge - Day 2

Day 2: 30 Days of Good Nights 



Now that you started to notice and more importantly, deliberately create your Happy Moments throughout the day, your second assignment is as follows:
  1. In the evening before you go to sleep, take your journal and contemplate the day in retrospect, by expressing gratitude for instances that made you feel appreciated, happy and grateful.
  2. for example write: I am grateful for the delivery of my papers, thank you for the nice chat at the post office, thank you for the wonderful sunny day...etc.
  3. Write as much you want. The key is to feel good while you are writing down your notes of appreciation.
  4. Continue with this practice every day. The act of remembering and writing down will influence you general emotional state in a positive way. Do this for all of the 30 days and see how your life will change for the better. Those happy and good-feeling moment are gifts and if you acknowledge them, more of wonderful things start to happen for you.
Those daily exercises are your "Life-improvement tools", which, when used every day, will gradually influence your quality of life to a better-feeling one.

Go Hunting for Your Happy Moments

The 30/30 Challenge is on and I thought I'll share the program with you as we go through the exercises, so the people who do not have time to follow in the group, would be able to play and add some more fun to their lives (that is my intent for sure).
 
Day 1:
Hunting for Happy Moments:

Task:
Make yourself deliberately happy with a specific activity.
Write in your journal
1.     what you did
2.     how did it make you feel
3.     and why
You are not limited to one instant of this exercise. Play with it as much you like, observing and recording will result in a change in your perception. (You need to do it/ words do not teach:)

Get creative and take picture of those conscious happy moments. As you start to notice them, more and more will show up in your days.

30 Days of Happy Stickies
This exercise is designed to be your daily tool to guide your emotions to good-feeling ones and therefore attract into your life good-feeling experiences.

I found it useful, to make a "sticky" for each day and attach them in a place where I'll be reminded of my daily intent: "I deliberately create happy moments every day in my life".
The sticky note is quick and easy way, but please let you creativity soar; make the recording of your Happy Moments a Happy Moment itself:)

After few days of doing (!) this exercise you'll notice a shift in a heightened creativity and good mood. You may have a new “aha-moment” or  a new idea.

Harmonize Your World

What do I mean by "Harmonize Your World"? I mean harmonize your world with who you really are.

Anything that evokes an unpleasant feeling in you is signal of dissonance with who you really are. When you pay attention to something that makes you feel uncomfortable you actually see on the opposite, who you really are. For example: when you despite violence, that is the peaceful being who you truly are saying I Am peaceful, I want peace.

Understanding your reaction to your environment will help you to understand the magnificence and grace that you really are.

Use your feel-good compass to harmonize your life. Arrange your personal environment in harmony with who you really are.

You can not change the way life works, but you can change the environment you call your own (and be it just a tiny place on a shelf or space in your handbag:)

I mean: create a space you feel good about. You are certainly as the physical being in the center of your world. But your world extends much further then just your body and everything in that space "talks to you" by affecting your mood.

Do a little test: Look around in the space you are right now and screen quickly the objects you see.
How do those objects resonate with you?

I notices for example that every time I looked at a specific (closed) drawer, a slightly negative feeling would come up, like an unpleasant reminder.
The reason for this unpleasant feeling was my awareness of the untidy content of this drawer, which screamed "this is not me!"...Finally I cleaned it up and felt like a "winner" every time I looked at it again.


Small actions of improvement affect our good feeling in a big way.

Look around and express you magnificence in your environment.

The essence of Good Life is to approach life from affirming place of positive expectation.

The outside world does not care about your happiness or how it will affect you.

Become your own master and guide yourself to joy from the inside out. Free yourself of dependency and manipulation.

When you can be happy without a reason you are free of being manipulated by the outside circumstance.

How to Get Inspired

I have few things on my plate today and one of them wouldn't be my priority if there wouln't be so called deadline. So I decided to get the momentum going with a simple method I'm using to initiate inspired action:)

I know by now that I will get my tasks done faster, easier and in more enjoyable way when I move myself into realizing the benefits that the accomplishment of this task will give me.

So what I've done today, was to hold back with the action and first screen in my mind what benefits I'll get from the accomplishment of the task.

The effect of this practice:
When I create the vibration, i.e. emotional state, of the accomplished task, before I begin to do the actual work, I am lining up the energy of where I am now with the energy of where I want to be; which plainly is the vibrational aspect of how we create our reality and manifest results.

Now I'm ready to tackle my task in a up-beat mood:)

Here the basic info:

Q: what is the 30/30 or 30-day challenge about?
A: the 30-day challenge is geared to the improvement of the general well-being through interactive program. We will be moving from "Knowing what to do to Doing what we know"*

Q: who am I competing against?
A: the challenge is between you and You. You are the winner when you take part.

Q: will the challenge be posted here?
A: No, the challenge is a separate program only for those who want to participate.
this blog will continue with the presentation of teacher of self-empowerment; providing information from various sources and background based on my own learning experience.

Q: How can I participate in the group?

Be The Designer of Your Life

Focus on Creating, not Fixing!

When you are about to initiate changes in your life, it's the best to start with the end; with the development of the mental picture of what you want to have when it's finished.

Everything we have in the man-made reality was once just a mental image in some person's mind.

Life-improvement is real fun, because you can create in your mind anything you can imagine and play with it till your eagerness grows and pulls you into inspired action.
That is creative unfolding, the delight of living.

The picture comes before the plan and action. Once you have a vivid picture of the envisioned situation more of the information on how to get there will show up.

The lead to actions steps will be delivered to you through natural channels. You mayl get e-mail with relevant information or you will overhear conversation that will just give you an idea what to do. There will be a flow of information supporting your goal-achievement.

Instead of the hunting for information your will be receiving without effort. That is the truth.

Read again the Inspired Action article I wrote. You will have the best life-experiences when you "play with the Universe the I-do, U-do game", when you start to notice and use the support offered by the Universe. There is no supernatural magic in it, it's just one of the laws of the universe and when you become aware of it, you will create your life with ease and joy.   

My life begun unfolding when I started to play and test those principles by simply paying attention to my thoughts and feeling and making correlation to my life experiences.
Today I have  a plethora of examples in positive and negative. The good thing is I learned, and I can laugh about unpleasant manifestations, because I know I created it and I can see why it "came to life".

There is so much happening around us and it requires a training of our awareness to create the life we really want.
That is my reason for the 30-Day Life-Improvement Challenge program.
Speaking of which, there will be another post (today or tomorrow) on this blog, answering the questions I received about the Challenge and giving you more information.

30/30 "Good Morning" Challenge


30 Days /30 seconds "Good Morning" Challenge

Can you feel good for 30 days? 30 minutes? 30 seconds???
Can you start every day on a positive note ??
There is only one way how to find out.
Try it!
Let's go for 30 days with 30 seconds of Good Mornings.

I learned from my mom to tune up my good mood every morning before I’d get up.

This simple tool will get you a good start for your day.
Instead of opening your eyes and starting to think about your to-do list, pause and spend few moments on tuning up your good-feeling mood.

There are many ways to it and you will find out what works best for you.
For example you can have your favorite feel-good music as your wake up setting and before you’ll jump out, think in your mind(or say to your self): "Today is my day and I want to feel good. I love to feel good and when I feel good I have more energy. It's great to have more energy. I love that. I love this day…"or anything else that has the same effect.

Do you know how many uplifting words can you think in 30 seconds?? Try it! Make it fun!

Those words take just few seconds, but the small pause, before you jump out, will make a difference in your day and the good feeling will stay with you at least for a while.

Let's make it more fun and play a little game:
Observe how long this high good-feeling can last. And when you notice it’s going down, find a thought that feels good again.
You will have more energy, you’ll be in the proximity of creative solutions and even your immune system will work better (by now we know that negative emotions affect the health in a negative way and what could be better than a great health!!!).

So I ask again:
Can you feel good for 30 days? 30 minutes? 30 seconds???
And I know:
Yes you can.

By the way, you don’t need to wait till tomorrow morning, you can do this little exercise any time you want. And do you know what else?? You don’t need anyone, in order to feel really good, because You’ll be in your own power.

Inspired Action

So far we talked about tuning up your vibration in regards to achieve alignment therefore the realization of what you want.

When it comes to the subjects of your life, that you really care about, the whole purpose of getting into high vibration of positive emotion,  is to reach a momentum that will move you toward your goal.

Once you have your emotional juices going in a high flying vibe, your will be inspired into action. There is a difference between getting motivated by deadline (or other logical reason) and being inspired.

Life is truly worthwhile living when you master the inspired action. Not only you will connect to creativity filled with clarity, ideas and solutions, but all this will feel like fun and excitement.
You'll get into the flow of your creativity and you will be pulled into action in an effortless unfolding.

That is the fun of living.
Now observe your actions and how you feel when you do things. Think of how you can make it more fun.
Make your daily chores fun. Find something good-feeling in the mundane tasks you perform.

When I shoveled my driveway this weekend, it was fun. I was pulled into the action by thinking of the calorie burn that it will give me, the feeling of the sun in my face and the fresh air getting into my system, the $$ that stay in my pocket as a bonus and the satisfying feeling of accomplishment that will give me an emotional boost after I'm finished. I even posted the picture on Facebook and the good-feeling is now something that I can recall when I want to tune my vibration higher.

Get ready for the 30-Day Good-Feel Challenge: 
There is a reason why am I choosing 30 days.
Scientific findings show that our brain can change to new perception after about 25 days of uninterrupted practicing. Some teachers work with 40 days and others with 21 days. For that reason I am choosing 30 Day Exercise. There will be some preparation days coming first as well.

My intent with the 30 Day program is to help you to start to take action. The daily exercises are means to train your vibration into more supportive one; a good-feeling one.
So there is no downside to it. What could be better than to live the freedom of good-feeling life?

Life is in a steady change and you set the direction of it.

Problems are not Anchors but Springboards



It was quite the realization for me when I came to understand what so-called problems are.

Problems are springboards that will catapult you into your desired situation when you understand their function in the creative process.

When you really think about it, contrasting situations (also called problems or obstacles) always spark a new creative process.
In facing what you don’t like you open the door to defining what it is you actually want. 
Without the problem there wouldn’t be any life-improvement.

What is misunderstood though, is that once you defined the problem, you need to turn all your focus to the solution. 
Don’t get anchored in problems!!!

Problems are springboards to life-improvement.

Manifestation can unfold if you put your energy into the solution.

By energy I mean first the obvious action for example if you see that you are spending more then earning, the first think is to take action to correct the situation. 
But the situation inspired you to more than just to the necessary damage control; you want a better feeling financial situation and that’s where the second part of the improvement comes; the actual creative process and the real fun.

Once you experienced the problem, the desire is born (it’s simply the opposite of the problem).
The next step is to tune your focus/low vibration of financial problem up to the good-feeling vibration of financial comfort. This process may also be called alignment of the energy vibration of you current now and the desired situation.

This process of alignment is the real “juicy” part of life.
I like to relate this segment of the creative process to the Christmas time. You may remember when you were child, the feeling of anticipation when you knew you’ll get something you wished for, but were not sure what it would be. You only new you’ll get something exciting that you’ll like.
That is the essence of living fulfilling life; the creation of new and improved reality, the anticipation of the materialization, the life-improvement.

So don’t get hung up on problems, imagine the solution is already arranged for you – get excited and be playful and lighthearted about it.

As I mentioned I intend to start a  Free 30-day Good-Feel Challenge with daily exercises to help others to practice the alignment with what we want. 
This is a separate program as it is not part of the blog.

I’m very passionate about helping those who want to improve their lives by tuning up the energy vibration in a playful and lighthearted way.

I want you to have a better-feeling life.

Life-improvement


In order to change something for the better we need to turn our focus from what is, or what was, to what we desire.
  1. To create more Wealth - Contemplate the benefits of wealth
  2. To create more Peace – Contemplate the benefits of peace
  3. To create better Health – Contemplate the benefits of health
  4. To create more Joy – Feel joy, engage in joyous activities
  5. To create more satisfying work – contemplate the aspects of a satisfying work and start with one small change to the better/many small steps result in big improvement.
That’s how you achieve life-improvement.

Feel kindness, love, peace, joy, gratitude and you are in good-vibration, closer to your desires.

Feel Your Love


You don’t need anyone in order to feel love

Today is a Sunday, when you may have some time for yourself.

I’d love to introduce you to an easy method to instantly feel good, because to feel good feels good and good-feeling resonates with good-feeling life experiences.

Little exercise:
Sit in a quiet place and turn your attention inward to your emotions - everything becomes quieter.
Now think the word “Love”, “Peace”, “Relief” and notice how the feeling expands in your body as a physical sensation. This sensation in your body is the energy, the vibration, you are emitting right now and it is the high vibration that resonates with good-feeling events.

Play with the sensation and make it stronger .Try to stay there in the good feeling for as long it feels good to you.
You may even notice that a smile comes up on your face from the inside out.
That’s it.
You just logged into the creative vibration that resonates with, and therefore attracts, events that have the same good-feeling vibration.
That is the resonance of the Universe in action.

You Are Where Your Attention Is



There is so much happening around us that we have to make genuine effort to stay focuses on what we want to have in our life. The daily experiences are like a huge buffet where we pick pieces that create our reality. If you for example pay attention to a new gadget on the market, the knowing of it is now part of your reality and you’ll recall this information when you need it.

A person who is not into the subject of gadget will not look for this information and therefore their reality will not include it.

Whatever you put your attention on becomes part of your life, that's the creativity you are using, consciously or not, all the time.

The good news:
We have the power to select intentionally what we want to include in our reality. 

To live a Good Life is simple: Choose to pay attention to what makes you feel good and stay away from what doesn’t.

I’m attaching a lighthearted clip from Abraham-Hick as a demo how the creation process works. The clip mentions about 17 seconds limit referring to a concept that a thought/emotion starts to gain momentum when it’s held for longer then 17 seconds. (I’ll get to the detail later in upcoming blog post).

  1. Observe what are you paying attention to.
  2. Guide your attention intentionally.

The Tipping Point



Change Requires Action 
It is quite the fact that we as human have resistance to changes. It is often difficult to step out of the "not so bad" present conditions into the possibly great future, unless the “suffering” in the present situation reaches the tipping point where when something in us changes and we are not able or willing to “take it” anymore. 

At the tipping point, even the hope for a change feels much better than the present situation and we start to move.

The stages in the process of a change:
  1. Once a situation starts to be not what we want, we think of it with unpleasant thoughts. The repetitive thought of dissatisfaction about the present situation, combined with self-talk or maybe even complaints to others, begins to gain momentum and become a strong vibrational point of attraction. 
  2. By the principle of resonance more of like-vibrational stuff begins to be obvious in our reality. So our dissatisfaction and discomfort grows to the point when the suffering is so high that we are ready to move out of the unpleasant present into the uncertain better future.
Naturally it is no-risk event when we first hit the bottom, but it also is the worst way we could go about improving our life’s experiences. Such events actually happen when we are unaware of our emotions and our power to change our emotional state regarding that situation. The downward spiral paralyzes us till it’s to late.

So the challenge now is to initiate changes while we are still quite satisfied with the current situation, but see space for improvement.

The process is 
  1. Become aware of how you feel about such and such
  1. Feel into the improved version of that situation by talking about it or envisioned it. I mean here literally feel the feeling of that improved condition.
The 30-day challenge, mentioned in previous posts may be a playful avenue to improve the present personal conditions of our lives in an inspired good-feeling way.

Little exercise: 
You may think of areas of your life that you want to improve and how you want them to be. Put some details to it. If you already have a vision board, take everything down and re-arrange it (vision board need to be live

Where is your Train of Thought Going?

“Birds of a feather flock together”. This saying applies not only to birds and groups of like-minded people, but also to thoughts. Our brain is a storage room with immense capacity of information and it is also an obedient servant.
When you start with one thought, another thought on the same subject and vibrational quality will surface and so the next thought and the next and so on.

You may have observed a real–life event, when you met someone who told you say of some illness. It is highly probable that your response was on the same subject maybe your brain came up with a similar case you’ve heard of.
With this you started a train of though that will go on till someone changes the subject or the direction of that conversation.

When your thoughts create your reality, then it is important to observe what thoughts you are actually entertaining.

The way we talk to others, our self-talk, what we watch on TV and listen to on a radio; all those words are accompanied by thought and an emotion, which are a broadcasting signal of our vibrational point of attraction. What ever our broadcasting vibration is, triggers resonance with same-vibrational experiences and we experience more of it. 
Good feeling thoughts create more good-feeling experiences. Stay on the positive side and your life must improve.

Practical tip:
  • Look for news and conversations with positive content.
  • Socialize with friends who lift you up.
  • Stay out of useless gossip.
  • Take time in your day to intentionally feel good.

Many Teachers - One Truth

There are many teachers and countless methods on how to improve your life. All those teachers but have the same intention, which is to lead you into your own power. Power that you always had and have right now. That is the truth.

So why there are so many methods and tools, all saying “this is the real thing”? 

It’s because that specific method worked for that specific person; but it’s not the method that created the result but the belief of the person that “this will create results”. (You may have heard of placebo effect; Same thing.)

You are so powerful that you can create everything you want (all those inventors should be evidence enough that it’s possible to bring about something that does not even exist at the moment). You are actually creating right now and everything that is in your live is the result of your creative capacity.
The reason you feel lack is because you are not aware of you creative power. The doubts you have and the false belief that you are powerless to make a change is paralyzing your creativity and holding you back to even try. That is the only reason.

To find to your creative power, you need to train your “self-empowerment muscle” to the point that you start to use your focus and awareness with positive intention. (I explain more about the creative process in upcoming posts).

Once you step into your power in even one area, you are on the path and the truth will become clear and obvious to you.
So choose a self-empowerment method or tool that will resonate with you, one that will feel good while you apply it, because then you not only will have great results, but you also will feel good along the way and that is the most important thing. 
Life is supposed to be good!
