A person who is not into the subject of gadget will not look
for this information and therefore their reality will not include it.
Whatever you put your attention on becomes part of your
life, that's the creativity you are using, consciously or not, all the time.
The good news:
We have the power to select intentionally what we want to
include in our reality.
To live a Good Life is simple: Choose to pay attention to what makes you feel good and stay away from what
doesn’t.
I’m attaching a lighthearted clip from Abraham-Hick as a
demo how the creation process works. The clip mentions about 17 seconds limit referring
to a concept that a thought/emotion starts to gain momentum when it’s held for
longer then 17 seconds. (I’ll get to the detail later in upcoming blog post).
Today’s exercise:
- Observe what are you paying attention to.
- Guide your attention intentionally.
You Are Where Your Attention Is;
Make sure it's a good-feeling place.
Enjoy your day,
Mila
